CST Vulcan’s Self Supporting Trough Deck Roof Systems can be quickly installed using conventional construction tools and provide a versatile and economical solution for covering storage tanks. CST Vulcan custom designs and manufactures these roofing systems in our UK facility.

Galvanized beams secured to brackets bolted to the tank shell are used to support the roof deck made of galvanized corrugated steel sheeting. A special approved epoxy coating system is used on all internal parts for water storage applications.

CST Vulcan self-supporting trough deck roofing systems can be designed and constructed up to 20m in diameter. Special designs can be provided for other needed seizes and specific characteristics of your application.
